About Orias AI

Eligibility

You may use Orias AI only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Accounts

Your content

You are solely responsible for your Inputs and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal bases to submit and use them with the service.

By submitting Inputs, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, and use them only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Orias AI and to provide the service to you.

AI-generated output

Orias AI may generate responses, suggestions, text, concepts, or other materials based on your Inputs ("Outputs"). As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of the specific Inputs you submit.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any rights of third parties, you may use the Outputs generated for you. However, you are responsible for reviewing and evaluating all Outputs before relying on or publishing them.

Because AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or unexpected results, we do not guarantee that Outputs will be correct, original, available, lawful, or suitable for your intended use.

Similar or identical outputs may also be generated for other users. Orias AI does not guarantee exclusivity.

Intellectual property

Orias AI and its underlying software, design, branding, features, content, and technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Third-party services

Orias AI may rely on or integrate with third-party tools, services, infrastructure, authentication providers, analytics tools, or linked websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

Your use of any third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and changes

Orias AI is currently offered free of charge unless stated otherwise. We may introduce, modify, or remove features at any time, and we may later offer paid features or plans subject to additional terms.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Disclaimers

Orias AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the service, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

Content and Outputs made available through Orias AI are for general informational and creative purposes only and are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orias AI and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) SGD 100.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orias AI and its operator from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to your Inputs, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Orias AI at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service.

You may stop using Orias AI at any time.
